Thanks for your insights. Yes, it start with a mindset shift and putting it into practice is not easy. In my next articles I will go into more details how you can approach it. One of the key elements is to create a safe space, which might be challenging especially in larger companies. And there is no real path to change if it’s not supported and lived 100% by top and middle management.
